GRAND RAPIDS, USA—Sept. 8, 2022 — Configura recently welcomed Rich Trahey as the company’s new vice president of sales and marketing. Trahey’s primary focus is strengthening Configura’s market position by expanding the company’s ecosystem and developing strategies for sustainable growth in the commercial interiors, kitchen and bath and material handling industries.

Trahey joins Configura from Dematic where he held several leadership roles in sales and solution development, most recently as VP Enterprise Solution Sales. Prior to Dematic, he held a leadership role in sales and engineering at ThyssenKrupp System Engineering. Trahey has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Technological University; master's in business administration from the University of Michigan and a micro-master's degree in supply chain management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
