What is Lunch & Learn?

Lunch & Learn is a monthly internal session where employees across different teams come together to learn from one another. Over lunch, someone from the company presents a topic that may not be part of everyone’s daily work – but is still valuable for understanding the bigger picture.

The concept is simple yet impactful:
📅 One session each month
🍴 Lunch is provided at the hosting office
🎥 Sessions are recorded and shared internally for those who can’t attend live

It’s an opportunity for colleagues to broaden their horizons, gain new insights, and strengthen cross-functional understanding. Whether the subject is technical or more conceptual, the goal is always the same: to grow together by learning from each other.
