New Developer Documentation Platform Released
We're excited to announce our new developer documentation platform! This project has been in the works for quite a while, and marks a huge step in improvements to our developer documentation. Our goals for this project were to improve the formatting and layout of articles, improve the website user experience (including site organization and dark mode), and overall convert to a system where anyone can edit or contribute, instead of just a small dedicated team.

As of today, all developer articles have been migrated from Help Center to the new platform, GitBook (with the exception of a few articles that were so out-of-date as to be useless, which we've removed). The new docs site can be found at dev-docs.configura.com.
You might have seen this site before, since it contains all the documentation for our Design System. Eventually all QA and Catalogue articles will also be moved here, but they're currently undergoing the process of migration. Those site sections will be revealed when the work is complete.
All developer articles will remain on Help Center for the next two months (until April 1st, 2026). Please use this time to update your bookmarks accordingly.
Starting today, article updates and new documentation will be published to the new platform, and NOT Help Center. For the latest content, please refer to dev-docs.configura.com.
The new site also has a new feedback system (see FAQ below for details). We earnestly request feedback!
One of the benefits to the new platform is that it has a Git repository backend, which is currently visible to all Configurans with a developer license. If you'd like to contribute or make edits, follow this guide. After the initial beta period we'll be opening up the git repo to the entire developer community for contributions.
Frequent Questions
Have all article contents been updated?
A handful of articles have undergone content updates in the moving process. We've also written and added a few new articles, and culled some that are no longer relevant. But the focus of this initial phase was moving content and making everything easier to access and update in the future, as well as make reading articles a better visual user experience.
Can I request documentation on certain topics?
Documentation requests can be sent to Developer Support.
How can I give feedback on a specific article?
Direct page feedback can be submitted in the right-side feedback area on any page.

When will QA and Catalogue articles be fully moved over?
It's our intention to migrate QA and Catalogue Creator content to the new platform in the near future, but we don't have a specific timeline yet.
