
Lapse in Developer Support Email
Due to the chaos that was the internet yesterday, the Developer Support email was temporarily disconnected from our Jira Support instance. As a result, emails sent in during that time may have been lost.
If you sent in a Developer Support request via email yesterday and you did not receive a confirmation response, please review your submitted issues via the Developer Support Portal to verify that your ticket was received. If your issue did not make it through, either re-submit your ticket (the email is operational now) or submit it via the Developer Support Portal.
