CET Developer Release 2550.0

We shipped a small CET Developer / Operator update (2550.0) with a handful of quality-of-life fixes:

• Fixed an issue when deleting many files from a workspace where the confirmation dialog kept growing for each file, sometimes pushing the confirm/cancel buttons off screen.
• Fixed a bug that could hide the VS Code button in the main dialog.
• Fixed several visual glitches in the main dialog (e.g., flashing / flickering content).
• Improved reliability when downloading or creating new workspaces with a set of targeted bug fixes.
