17.5 Migration Issue: Late Interface Change & Rollback

There was a late interface change made in cm.abstract.dataSymbol that will require (some) extensions to be rebuild. Here, 'late' means that an interface was changed after the date that we committed to having a stable interface, thus allowing extension migration to begin.

We have now reverted this late submission, and restored the interface to the point it was when the migration season opened. The interface in question is a constructor for DsPart.

If you built your extension within the window the altered interface was in 'base' (roughly between Friday and early this morning) and are seeing issues with installing your extension, you will likely need to rebuild. Both 'version/17.5/major' and 'version/17.5/beta' are now corrected and safe to build against.
