Experience 2025: A Celebration of Learning, Connection, and Creativity

Before we close out the year, we’re excited to revisit one of our favorite moments from 2024: Experience 2025 in Orlando. Nearly 500 attendees gathered in Orlando for Experience 2025—three unforgettable days filled with energy, learning, and connection. From hands-on workshops and inspiring keynotes to surprise performances and throwback moments, this year’s event delivered creative collaboration at its best. 

Here’s a look back at some of the moments that made this year’s Experience so memorable. 

WORKSHOPS AND WELCOME EVENTS—CHoose YOUR OWN ADVENTURE

On Tuesday, October 7, attendees kicked off the week with hands-on workshops covering everything from CET to Spec and Twinmotion. It was the perfect opportunity to dive deeper, collaborate, and build new skills before the main event.

After a day of learning, it was time to unwind and connect. Whether they chose Disney park adventures, a scavenger hunt, board games, or poolside lounging, the welcome events offered something for everyone and set the stage for an exciting week ahead.

That’s correct! After breaking the ice the night before, attendees were met with a surprise musical performance. Event Coordinator Lauren Mixter (vocals) and VP of Marketing Erin Corrill (piano) showcased their musical talent. Even Steven Dunn from OFS joined our Training Specialist Maria Bällman in an Aladdin rendition!

Commercial success: material portal

We shared one of our coolest initiatives, the Material Portal for CET in Commercial Interiors. But don’t take our word for it; hear it straight from the commercial that had the whole crowd on the edge of their seats! (and laughing)!

Last but not least in our keynote, we unveiled Aline, a web-based tool that helps users quickly specify commercial furniture products using manufacturer catalogs. With built-in collaboration and proposal tools, Aline makes handling fast-moving orders simple and efficient. Check out Aline.

Sessions, sessions, and more sessions

Now it was time to get to the bread and butter! Whether you’re in commercial interiors or material handling, just starting out or already a seasoned pro, there was something for everyone. Even better, everyone left with something valuable to bring back to their team.

WHY NOT NOW?

Our keynote guest author, speaker, entrepreneur, and investor Amy Jo Martin delivered a powerful, motivating address titled “Why Not Now?” that reminded us to take bold steps toward creativity and leadership.

Sponsors were busy

Between sessions, the sponsor hall was buzzing with energy. Booths were packed, conversations flowed, and attendees explored innovative tools and products. It was the perfect chance to engage with the community and maybe grab some swag along the way.

Nothing brings a group together quite like 90s nostalgia! The vibes were totally rad as everyone showed up dressed to impress. From flannel and neon to iconic throwback looks, the dance floor was All That.

Despite the late-night dancing, attendees were back and ready for more. Day three was filled with energy and curiosity as participants joined insightful sponsor sessions, engaging panels, and stimulating group discussions. Even after all the fun, everyone showed up eager to keep learning and sharing ideas.
