Large drawing system recommendations

Desktop system recommendations

  • Windows XP Professional SP3 or later (32bit or 64bit editions)
  • Processor: Intel™ Core® 2 Duo 2.4+ GHz or equivalent AMD Athlon® or better
  • RAM: 2+ GB
  • 1600 x 1200 monitor, 32-bit color
  • Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 9800 series with at least 512 MB of memory
  • Hard disk drive: 7200 RPM drive
  • Available disk space: 100-250 MB at install location
  • Internet: Broadband connection required for LiveUpdate support
  • Mouse with a scroll wheel

1) The definition of what a large drawing is varies depending on the number of drawing objects, imported AutoCAD drawings/objects and their inherent level of detail.

1) Unless your graphics card supports at least OpenGL 2.0 or better, Configura may not be able to run on your computer at all.

2) Use of integrated graphics is not recommended. The usage of an integrated graphics card, will significantly reduce performance and may cause program related issues.
