Inspired by an entire year of research in 2024, we realized that the value of interviewing people in our community shouldn’t just be experienced and reported by people doing the research – we wanted to bring the interviews up close and personal to those who can benefit from learning from each other. We also discovered a lot of curiosity from the people we talked to about how and why we do things the way we do at Configura. So, we wanted to bridge the gap we observed in understanding why people care about what they care about, and why people act the way they act.
