Switch between areas in a drawing
Did you know....
...that you can connect areas of your drawing to shortcuts for easy access to those areas?
Example
When working with a large drawing a huge advantage is to be able to switch easily between different areas of the drawing. By connecting a specific area of your drawing to a shortcut, manually zooming and panning are avoided.
Connecting an area to a shortcut

To connect different areas of your drawing to shortcuts, follow the steps below:
1. Zoom in the area of the drawing you wish to connect to a shortcut.
2. Press Ctrl+1. The area shown is now connected to number 1.
3. Switch to the next area of the drawing you wish to connect to a shortcut.
4. Press Ctrl+2. The area shown is now connected to number 2.
5. Continue as above until you have connected all desired areas to shortcuts (you can connect a maximum of four areas).

Switching between chosen areas

To switch between the areas connected to shortcuts, follow the steps below:
1. Press Alt+1 for zooming to the area connected to number 1.
2. Press Alt+2 for zooming to the area connected to number 2.
3. Continue as above to switch between all areas you have created a shortcut for.
