...that the Shift and Ctrl keys on your keyboard are really useful when using CET Designer? Watch the video below to find out more about snapping, zooming and selecting components.

Lynne, have you checked the audio settings on your computer and loudspeakers or headphones? The sound on the clip itself is on, so I don't think that's the problem. I'm posting a link to Vimeo so that you can try to watch the video there: http://vimeo.com/19381280 /Sara
