Change the appearance for windows and doors

Did you know...

...that you can create circular windows and doors with panels in CET Designer?
 

Example

You are working with a drawing and wish to add windows and doors, and also change the appearance for these more than their size, opening angle etc.

Circular windows, bars and panels on doors are some of the choices that can be made in the dialog which displays when you double click on a window or a door.

Change the appearance for windows

Do as follows to change the appearance for a window:

1. Click the icon 'Window' under 'Accessories' on the 'Wall drawings' component tab.

2. Place the window at the desired location on the drawing area.

3.  Double click on the window. The dialog 'Window/door properties' is displayed.

4. Choose how the window should look by selecting alternatives in the drop down menus in the dialog 'Window/door properties'.

Change the appearance for doors

Do as follows to change the appearance for a door:

1. Click the icon 'Door' under 'Accessories' on the 'Wall drawings' component tab.

2. Place the door at the desired location on the drawing area.

3. Double click on the door. The dialog 'Window/door properties' is displayed.

4. Choose how the door should look by selecting alternatives in the drop down menus in the dialog 'Window/door properties'.

 

   

The regular, green, input box is still displayed when you click once on a window or a door.
