Fixes
- All objects should now update properly in custom views.
- The Part Tagging dialog should now update correctly when a large number of tags are removed.

Changes
- General slowdowns/temporary freezes in CET Designer when contacting the licensing server over a poor network connection should be less bothersome now.
- CET Designer should no longer appear to freeze up on launch when no internet connection is available.
- Deselect of large imported CAD objects should now be much faster with new graphics engine enabled Imported CAD files that have been locked will no longer be copied by copy/paste
- The option Locate component tab on right click is now available in Standard user mode as well as Expert mode.
