CET Designer 1.6
For the release of CET Designer 1.6 we have mainly been focusing on correcting known issues and on enhancing existing functionality in the program. Among other things, CET Designer 1.6 supports a better way to work with favorites and blocks and to handle dwg/dxf files.

Components are exported as individual blocks
When exporting a drawing to dwg/dxf, the drawing will no longer be exported as one big block. Now all components will be exported as individual blocks. This means that you no longer need to explode the drawing after exporting it.

Change background in the 2D View
When you change the background in the 3D view, the background will from now on also change in the 2D view. However, some of the predefined background options are still only applicable in the 3D view drawing area, for example the gradient options and the Clouds option. If you select one of these options, the 2D view drawing area will change to the standard color; beige.
To change the background in the 2D and 3D view, go to the 3D tab and select the Background option.

Improved functionality for favorites and blocks
Improved functionality for favorites and blocks in CET Designer. You can now save a block as a favorite, alone or together with other components in a group.
Earlier when saving a block as a favorite, the block automatically exploded and was saved as a group of ordinary components.
