Our Subscription Policy

This page provides a description of Configura's Subscription Policy. Please read it carefully, as it contains information about what is included in your subscription. If you have any questions about your subscription, please contact our Help Desk.
 
  • CET Designer is licensed on a subscription basis only.
  • A Subscription period can be either one (1) year or 1-6 months from the date of activation.
  • Subscriptions for one (1) year can be paid by invoice or online with a credit card, monthly subscriptions can only be paid online with a credit card.
  • A Subscription entitles you, at no additional charge and during the active Subscription period, to:
    a. receive version upgrades
    b. receive support on the CET Designer application via telephone and e-mail. Support related to specific Extensions is not provided by Configura and such inquiries will be passed on to the responsible Extension Owner.
  • Upon activation of your Subscription, you will be notified by e-mail when upgrades are available for download. Please make sure that you have provided Configura with a valid e-mail address when ordering your Subscription.
  • You will be notified by the software when 30 days remains of your subscription. You can renew your subscription in CET Designer's Extension Manager (accessed via the Extensions menu ).
